Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes things don’t fit quite right or look different in person. Every Bake’s Bikini is crafted with love and care, made for you to feel — and look ;) — your best. If you’re not 100% feeling your best in our Poolewear, please feel free to return or exchange for a different style! Because swimwear is intimate in every way (to our hearts and our bodies), we have a few guidelines to keep everything fair, hygienic, and smooth sailing for everyone!

Custom Orders: 

Custom, made-to-measure, and couture designs are created just for you! Because of their personalized and unique nature, custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Don’t fret; we will have open communication throughout your design process to ensure your piece meets every expectation! If you ever have feedback, we’re happy to assist and ensure you’re completely satisfied with your experience.

Prêt-à-Poole (Ready to Wear) Returns: 

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Have all tags and any hygienic liners intact

Returns requested after 60 days from delivery will no longer be accepted. 

*Please note that refunds differ between 0-30 days and 31-60 days (see the Refund section below).*

P.S: Shipping within 10 days helps us process your return quickly and smoothly.

Refunds: 

0–30 Days from Delivery: 50% refunded to your original payment, 50% issued as store credit

31–60 Days from Delivery: 100% refunded as store credit

After 60 Days: Not eligible for return or refund

Why not a full refund?

Our hybrid refund model helps maintain small-batch production, reduce waste, and keep our pieces sustainable and ocean-friendly. 

*Bake’s Bikinis reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our quality standards or appear worn, washed, or altered in any way. If a return is denied, the original item(s) will be sent back to the shipping address on file.*

Exchanges: 

We’re happy to accommodate size exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability and current pricing. If your desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued toward another style.
