Thank you for visiting Bakes Bikinis LLC (“Bake’s Bikinis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We keep things transparent, simple, and Pooleproof.

1. Order Processing
All orders are prepared with care, accuracy, and intention.
• Standard Processing Time: 2–4 business days
• High-Volume Periods (launches, promotions, holidays): 3–7 business days
• Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items: Shipping timelines will be listed on the product page
• Processing time does not include transit time
• Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays
*You will receive an order confirmation email and a second email with tracking once shipped
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
• Standard: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited: 2–3 business days after processing
• Express: 1–2 business days after processing
International Shipping (Coming Soon):
• Standard: 7–21 business days
• Expedited: 5–10 business days
*Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. Weather, customs delays, carrier volume, or unforeseen events may extend delivery times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery speed.
Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly advertised.
4. International Orders & Customs
When international shipping launches:
• Import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in your purchase price
• These fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer
• Bakes Bikinis LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs
• Refusal to pay customs duties does not qualify for a refund
• Returned packages due to duties or refusal will require additional reshipment fees
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully.
• Address updates may be possible within 12 hours of ordering
• Once processing begins or the order ships, we cannot modify the address
• Bakes Bikinis is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the original shipping cost is non-refundable
• Customers may have the order resent by paying the reshipment cost and a processing fee to cover handling and materials
6. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
If your package is missing:
• Check all surrounding delivery areas
• Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
• Contact the carrier directly and open a claim
• Email us with your claim number so we may assist when possible
Important: Bakes Bikinis LLC is not liable for:
• Packages stolen after delivery
• Packages misdelivered by the carrier
• Packages lost in transit by the carrier
Refunds or replacements are not provided for carrier errors or theft.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
*If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of packaging
*We want you to love your Poolewear and will review and provide a resolution or replacement when applicable.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to events outside our control, including:
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs delays
• Labor shortages
• Supply chain issues
• National holidays
*These delays do not qualify for refunds.
9. Partial Shipments
Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on availability, product type, or warehouse location at no additional cost to you.
*Separate tracking numbers will be provided if applicable.
10. Signature Requirements
For security reasons, we may require a signature for high-value orders.
*This cannot be waived by customer request.
11. Order Cancellations
• Orders may only be canceled if they have not entered processing
• Once processing begins or the order ships, we cannot cancel or alter it
• To request cancellation, contact us immediately at backstage@bakesbikinis.com
• If the order has already entered processing, please request a return using our Contact / Return Request Form
12. Packaging
Your items will arrive in signature Bake’s Bikinis packaging — original, reusable, protective, and ocean-safe whenever possible.
*Some items may ship separately due to packaging requirements.
